Self Intelligence is a meta-competency; the competency above all other competencies and is made up of 2 parts:

1. Self-awareness - Knowing

To be conscious of your thoughts, emotion, behaviors and capabilities, how you are affected by them and how they affect others.

2. Self-management - Doing

The ability to effectively manage your thoughts, emotions, behaviors and capabilities so that you are successful and fulfilled in your day-to-day activities.
